The fleet is starting to grow, we now have four trailer yachts, four "fast" dinghies, and several slower dinghies.
In the new season, we could see over ten boats out on a regular basis, although someone will need to drive the safety boat. Which could detract from numbers slightly.
Our presence in the local community continues to grow, with reasonable interest in our learn to sail program for next season.
With no actual sailing happening over winter, there's nothing much else to report.
More updates as they happen.
Keep up to date with what's going on around the Manukau Harbour, South Auckland, with all that matters to sailing enthusiasts. The Manukau is NZ's second largest harbour, very tidal, and houses five active sailing clubs. It is on the west coast, and there is at least one big multi-club invitational regatta each year. This site affiliated with Weymouth Yacht Club, which is on the fringe of Manukau City.
